The StrechCordz Long Belt Slider is a 2" heavy waist belt with a sliding attachment connected to an 18' latex tube for a resisted swim out and a speed assisted swim back. Designed for 25yd pools. Available in two resistances: Green for strong swimmers and competitive triathletes, and Yellow for intermediate swimmers and triathletes. Resistance Swimming - Swimming the length of the pool with out the aide of performance enhancing devices. Speed assisted Swimming - Swimming with the assistance of the recoil of the latex tube.
