Esterhazy Estoras Sauvignon Blanc 2015

We weren't quite sure what to expect when we tasted this Sauvignon Blanc from our favourite Austrian producer, Esterhazy. Once tasted however we placed an order that very after noon. The wine is a superb example of this ever popular grape variety and will please both fans of new world and old alike. Very pure fruit expression on the nose which doesn't overpower, gooseberry and more exotic fruits are prominent. The palate displays balance and complexity, appealing texture and wonderful length.
